Sequence tending to infinity
Definition
Let be a real sequence. The sequence tends to if, for each real number , there is a natural number such that for all . Then the notation is as , or . The sequence tends to if .
Remarks
The sequences , and tend to . A sequence that tends to is not bounded above, so it is a divergent sequence. The converse fails. The sequence is not bounded above, but it does not tend to .
Explanations

A sequence tends to infinity when its terms become larger than any number you name, and stay larger. It is not enough that the terms are sometimes large.
What this node needs for W1
- an inventory row: the row of the inventory that the node accounts for (0 of 1)
The writing levels say how complete the text of a node is. They do not measure its truth.
What this needs
To read this node, read these 3 nodes in this order. The foundations come first, and the list ends with this node.
